The Department of Catholic Education fulfills the teaching mission of the Church by providing the following services to 60 elementary schools and 15 high schools which serve approximately 21,000 students across the 8 counties of the Diocese of Buffalo.

The Office of Lifelong Faith Formation provides leadership, direction and resources for hundreds of parishes and Catholic school faith formation programs, striving to shape a unified vision of Catholic identity and faith formation. More than 48,000 young people are served through parish-based lifelong faith formation programs throughout the Diocese of Buffalo.
